Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize both electronic and physical records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information by adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely retrieval and distribution of documents as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and archiving of documents for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Support the onboarding process by managing and organizing new employee documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of document management processes and systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in records management, document control, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
